Tyers Road Causeway Bridge is a low all-timber bridge of twenty-five spans of 6.6 metres, with a total deck length of 166 metres. It has squared stringers, no corbels, and a transverse-timber deck. It was built in 1920-21 and is now bypassed. Tyers Road Causeway Bridge is significant for historical and technical reasons at the State level.
